The aim of the presented work is to discuss the effects of the external environment, especially solar radiation, on the headlamp of a passenger car and the response of the material to this load. The work comes from the automotive industry environment. Headlamps and all their components must meet the requirements of quality, reliability and safety.
LED Driver evaluation kit for Automotive Front-Lighting

This thesis deals with design of evaluation platform for integrated circuit NCV78934, which is designed to control LED headlights in automotive industry. The theory concerning the current regulation of buck converter, schematic design, PCB design and software design are also included in the thesis. Finally the measured data and testing procedures of the designed evaluation platform are discussed.

This thesis deals with powerline communication and application its use in headlamp. In thesis are compared various commercial available solutions, especially the Qualcomm QCA7000 modem. Furthermore, the work deals with the design and the prototype for exploring the applicability of the existing wiring in automobile. The aim of the thesis is to construct a prototype that allows the communication with the front lamp of the car via the power line.
